For couples who have completed most of the planning but want more comprehensive support during the final weeks before their wedding. Services begin approximately six to eight weeks before the wedding date.

Includes:

• Up to 10 consecutive hours of wedding day coordination

• One lead coordinator and one assistant coordinator

• Up to four virtual planning meetings with the couple

• Unlimited email support beginning four to six weeks before the wedding

• Creation of a comprehensive wedding day timeline based on the couple’s plans, vendor contracts, and event details 

• Final timeline adjustments completed in collaboration with the couple

• Review of signed vendor contracts to identify important deadlines, arrival times, service details, responsibilities, and logistical requirements

• Confirmation with the couple and vendors that scheduled vendor payments have been received or are arranged

• Communication with all contracted vendors during the final four to six weeks

• Confirmation of vendor arrival times, responsibilities, setup requirements, and important logistical details

• Distribution of the finalized timeline to participating vendors

• Wedding day vendor check ins and coordination

• Oversight of the ceremony and reception schedule

• Coordination of important moments, including the processional, introductions, formal dances, speeches, dinner service, cake cutting, and other scheduled events

• Assistance with keeping the couple, wedding party, family members, and vendors informed and on schedule

• Management of minor wedding day issues and reasonable last minute adjustments

*The couple remains responsible for selecting and booking all vendors, negotiating and signing contracts, making all required payments, and providing an initial wedding day timeline for review. Contract review is limited to coordination and logistical details and does not constitute legal advice.

*Pre-wedding services begin on the later of: (a) six to eight weeks before the Wedding Date, or (b) the date the signed Agreement and retainer are received. This is a coordination package, not full-service planning, event design, venue setup, decorating, or teardown.
